Ingredients :
- Semolina/Suji/Rava – 1/2 cup
- Ghee/Clarified Butter – 3 tbsp
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Water – 2 cups
- Almonds – 1 tbsp
- Cashew Nuts – 1 tbsp
- Pistachios – 1 tbsp
Method :
- Heat pan and add ghee.
- When ghee melts, add suji and roast till light golden brown.
- Add almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts and roast for few seconds.
- Add water, sugar, cardamom powder.
- Cook till water dries up.
