Suji Halwa


Ingredients :

  • Semolina/Suji/Rava – 1/2 cup
  • Ghee/Clarified Butter – 3 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Water – 2 cups
  • Almonds – 1 tbsp
  • Cashew Nuts – 1 tbsp
  • Pistachios – 1 tbsp

Method :

  • Heat pan and add ghee.
  • When ghee melts, add suji and roast till light golden brown.
  • Add almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts and roast for few seconds.
  • Add water, sugar, cardamom powder.
  • Cook till water dries up.

  • Serve hot with puri😍
