This is a very simple one pot recipe with only 3 ingredients.
Recipe Serves : 4
- Potatoes – 6 to 7 medium size potatoes
- Green Peas – 1 & 1/2 cup
- Green chilli paste – 2 & 1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Cut potatoes in bhujia style.
- Heat oil and add green chilli paste.
- Saute till rawness is gone.
- Then add green peas, cover and cook till half done.
- Then add potatoes, cover and cook till sabzi is completely done.
Serve with roti/paratha.
